This suit is instituted on behalf of Plaintiffs for a decree of permanent injunction restraining Defendants No.1 to 9 and all others acting on their behalf from manufacturing, advertising, selling, offering for sale, marketing, etc., any domain name, website, commodity, social media, product, service, packaging, advertising material including flyers and pamphlets, labels, stationery articles, mobile applications, email addresses etc., on third party platforms or any other documentation using, depicting, displaying in any manner whatsoever, the impugned marks/domain name and/or any other mark/domain name etc., which are identical or deceptively similar to Plaintiffs' trademarks including use of words Aggarwal/Agarwal, amounting to infringement, amongst other reliefs.

During the pendency of the suit, Plaintiffs and Defendant No. 1 have amicably resolved their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre and a Settlement Agreement has been executed on 27.02.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement, which inter alia include an agreement to make a prayer before the Court for a direction to unblock personal mobile number 9888283748 as also to defreeze personal bank account number 91301002577XXXX, opened with the Axis Bank bearing IFSC Code UT1B000XXXX.

Learned counsel for the Plaintiffs, on instructions, submits that Plaintiffs do not press the reliefs claimed in the suit against Defendants No.2 to 8 and the suit be decreed in terms of the settlement with Defendant No.1. 4.
Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful . Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the settlement in favour of the Plaintiffs and against Defendant No.1. 5.
Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 6.
Suit stands disposed of along with the pending application. 7.
Plaintiffs are held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with the Court Fees Act, 1870.

Direction is issued to Defendant No.3 to unblock mobile number 9888283748 and direction is issued to Axis Bank, Maqsudan Chowk, Jalandhar to defreeze bank account number 91301002577XXXX, as mentioned in the Settlement Agreement. The needful shall be done within one week from the date of receipt of this order.
