The instant petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 („Cr.P.C.‟) has been filed on behalf of petitioner seeking following prayer: "(1) To issue appropriate writ against respondents for registration of FIR against the erring police officials of concerned PS Hari Nagar/Chowki who illegally visited, forcefully entered into the house of the petitioner and ransacked the whole house, in the interest of justice.

(2) To issue appropriate writ for conducting the investigation through independent agency against the erring officials from PS Hari Nagar/Chowki, in the interest of justice.

(3) To issue appropriate writ for the protection of the petitioner and her family members from the atrocities of the police persons from PS Hari Nagar/Chowki, in the interest of justice."
