The Court has considered the assistance rendered by Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna, learned senior counsel who has been appointed as amicus curiae to assist the Court.

On hearing, Mr. Pushkarna, the Court finds that the primary grievance of the petitioner is against the order dated 03.09.2024 which has been passed by the Government of NCT of Delhi in pursuance to the directions passed by The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) in OA NO.4069/2023 dated 21.12.2023.

Mr. Pushkarna, therefore, points out that if the petitioner has any grievance, CAT would be an appropriate authority to adjudicate the same. 4.
Under the aforesaid circumstances, the petitioner who appears in person seeks liberty to withdraw the instant execution petition with further liberty to approach the CAT for redressal of his grievance. 5.
Liberty, so prayed for, is granted.

In view of the aforesaid, the petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. Without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties. 7.
The Court acknowledges and appreciates the valuable assistance provided by Mr. Pushkarna.
