% 31.01.2018 Mr. Harpreet Singh-respondent no.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Baljit Singh of police station Mianwali Nagar. Respondent no.2 submits that he has settled the matter with the petitioners vide Memorandum of Understanding dated 8th November, 2017 of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. He also admits having received the entire settled amount from the petitioners. He has no objection in case the FIR No. 642/2015 under Sections 420/468/471/120B/ 34 IPC registered at police station Mianwali Nagar on his complaint is quashed against the petitioners.
Affidavit of respondent no.2 is also on record wherein he has stated that he has entered into a settlement with the
petitioners voluntarily and without any undue force, pressure or coercion and has no objection in case the FIR is quashed. Keeping in view the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent no.2 voluntarily, in the interest of justice, aforesaid FIR and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
