Mr. Sunil Mittal, Senior Counsel for Petitioner, states that he is pursuing his remedy by filing a criminal complaint as his request for registration of FIR under Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 was declined. He further states that the Petitioner has also filed a civil suit against Respondents No. 2 and 3.

In light of the above, Mr. Mittal states that he would like to withdraw the present petition and pursue the aforenoted remedies in accordance with law.
