The present petition under Section 482 of the CrPC seeks following prayers:- "a) Pass an order setting aside the impugned order dated 17.03.2023 passed by the Ms. Rajrani, Judge, Family Court, North West District, Rohini Courts, New Delhi for directing the petitioner to pay a sum of Rs. 20,000/- per month as ad interim maintenance in MT. No. 652/2017 titled as "Charu Vs. Nakul";

b) Pass any further order which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of the case." 3.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition on the ground that the matter has been settled between the parties.
