1. The present appeal under Clause X of the Letters Patent seeks to assail the order dated 28.03.2023 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.(C)7409/2007. Vide the impugned order, the learned Single Judge has rejected the appellant's challenge to the award dated 19.07.2007 passed by the learned Industrial Tribunal.

2. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that during the pendency of the present appeal, the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on 12.02.2024, according to which the appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.19.50 lakhs to the respondent in full and final settlement of all his dues under the award dated 19.07.2007 as also the impugned The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant hands over in Court a Demand Draft dated 12.02.2024 bearing No.830896 of Rs.19.50 lakhs in favour of the respondent to his counsel.

4. In the light of the aforesaid, once the parties have themselves arrived at an amicable settlement, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the settlement arrived at between them by making it clear that the respondent will no longer have any surviving claim against the appellant. Consequently, the impugned order and the judgment will no longer be enforceable.

5. The appeal stands disposed of.
