CM APPL No.50256/2019 This is an application under Section 152 CPC for correction of the typographical/clerical error in the order dated 24.09.2019. It is stated the date of the impugned judgment has wrongly mentioned as 27.07.2018 instead of 27.09.2018 in the first para of the order. This being a typographical/clerical error the same stands corrected. The date of the impugned order written in para 1 of order dated 24.09.2019 be read as 27.09.2018 instead of 27.07.2018.
