Petitioners seek quashing of case FIR No. 501/2024 of PS Govind Puri for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC on the ground that the complainant de facto (respondent no.2) has compromised the disputes with the petitioners.

On being pointed out the serious allegations of sexual misconduct against petitioner no. 2 and petitioner no. 4 in the FIR, learned counsel for petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

Accordingly, the petition and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
