The respondent No. 1 - claimant seeks release of the balance amount deposited by the appellant - Insurance Company in terms of the order of this Court dated 08.05.2025, pursuant to the withdrawal of the appeal by the Insurance Company on 26.09.2025. 2.

Mr. Yasharth Kant, learned counsel for the Insurance Company, has no objection to the request.

In view of the fact that the appeal has been withdrawn, the Registry is directed to release the balance amount deposited, in accordance with the directions of the Tribunal, to respondent No. 1. 4.

The application is accordingly disposed of.
