46887/18 (U/s CPC for release of amount to applicant/respondent) By this application applicant/respondent is seeking for release of amount deposited by appellant in term of order of Hon'ble Court dated 13-92018. The appellant has placed on record the certified copy of orders of court of Ld. M.Ms. whereby cases pending between the parties have been withdrawn and matters are came to an end.

Appellant is present and stated that all the cases between the parties have come to an end and he has no objection if the amount deposited in the Registry be released to the respondent in term of order of Hon'ble Court dated 13-9-2018.

The concerned Dy. Registrar is directed to release the amount alongwith accrued interest thereon to the applicant /respondent after on his proper identification and verification.
