Ld. Counsel for plaintiff has stated that vide this petition, he wants to summons two witnesses as mentioned in para 3(p) of the petition. Heard. The petition stands allowed. Summons be issued to the witnesses as mentioned in the petition on filing of PF by all permissible modes including electronic mode. The witness is directed to appear physically at the time, date and place as mentioned in the prayer clause of the petition i.e. 12.05.2025 at 4.30 PM before the Ld. Arbitrator with requisite record. Diet money be paid at the spot. The Petition as well as I.A. 9316/2025 stand disposed off. File be sent back to the concerned official of Registry for consignment.
