This petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ('1996 Act') seeking some interim reliefs. The Court is apprised that three months period from the date of the award has now expired on 23.07.2025 and the Petitioner is in the process of initiating proceedings for execution and enforcement of the arbitral award. 2.

This petition is, accordingly, disposed of granting liberty to the Petitioner to take recourse to appropriate proceedings for enforcement.
