O R D E R

% 20.07.2020 (hearing through Video Conferencing) Vide the present application, the applicant seeks extension of interim bail granted vide order dated 01.07.2020 in Bail Appln. No.1292/2020 the legible copy of which order in terms of the order dated 17.7.2020 has now been placed on record.

The applicant was granted interim bail vide the said order dated 1.7.2020 for the renewal of the VISA as well as also the submissions made qua the ailments of the son of the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the status report has been called for from the State. As per the said status report, the response from the FRRO is yet awaited. Furthermore, in terms of the order dated 13.7.2020 of the Hon'ble Full Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) No. 3037/2020 all interim bails as in existence on the date 13.7.2020 stand extended till the date 31.8.2020.

In the circumstances, taking all the aspects into account the interim bail granted to the applicant vide order dated 1.7.2020 is extended till the date 31.8.2020 on the same terms and conditions as imposed thereby vide order dated 1.7.2020 with direction to the applicant to surrender on 1.9.2020 before the Superintendent Jail, Delhi.

The petition is disposed of.
