% 10.02.2016 Crl.M.A. 2364/2016 (Exemption) Application is allowed subject to just exceptions. Bail Appln. 307/2016 The present application has been filed by the petitioner for the grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.677/2015, under Section 381 IPC, Police Station Lajpat Nagar.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner happened to be servant of the complainant and he was asked to collect Rs.5 lacs from the father of the complainant but after collecting the money, the

petitioner ran away with the money.

On the other hand, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has submitted that the FIR in the present case was registered on 11.08.2015.

The petitioner/accused is absconding and NBWs have been issued against him on 02.02.2016.

In the facts and circumstances mentioned above, this Court do not find any ground to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Consequently, the present bail application is dismissed. P.S.TEJI, J FEBRUARY 10, 2016 dd
