Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the interim order dated 08.07.2021, whereby the disciplinary proceedings were stayed, are now appearing to be an impediment to the petitioner and as such on instructions from the petitioner, he seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions and submissions raised herein at the appropriate stage in the disciplinary proceedings.
