No.2995/2020 (extension of time) Learned counsel for the respondents submits that although every endeavour will be made to comply with the earlier order even before the time limit mandated, since a contempt petition has been filed, this application was filed by way of abundant caution. It is clarified that the extension of six weeks granted to the petitioner by the last order shall be reckoned from 17.01.2020. Application stands disposed of accordingly.
