The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the parties have already settled their disputes and a separate petition, being CRL.M.C. 3820/2025, seeking quashing of the subject FIR on the ground the settlement, has also been filed. 2.

He seeks liberty to withdraw the present petition and raise all arguments in CRL.M.C. 3820/2025.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
