When attention of the learned counsel for the petitioner was drawn to the remedy available under Section 20 of the Minimum Wages Act, 1948, where claims as raised in the writ petition could be filed, he has stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the workmen or their Trade Union to institute appropriate proceedings under Section 20 of the Act.
