W.P.C 7039/2023 "a. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to take appropriate steps of Cadre Review in time bound manner in order to promote the Petitioners as per the recommendations given in Annexure-P3, Annexure-P4 and Annexure-P5. b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents or DG CRPF to take appropriate steps in time bound manner in order to create promotional post avenues in the Dental Technician Cadre.

c. Pass any other order, this Court deems fit in the interest of Justice." W.P.(C)-9047/2023 "a. b. Issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, directing the respondents to take appropriate steps of creating promotional avenues in the rank of HC/AC Plant Tech like Annexure-PS. c. Pass any other order, this Court deems fit in the interest of Justice." 2.

Mr. Bhargava, submits that the claim of the petitioners in these petitions is primarily for a direction to the respondents to carry out Cadre Review for the rank of HC/AC Plant Tech. He has drawn our attention to the counter-affidavit filed by the respondents to state that the respondents have stated that the next Cadre Review is due in the year 2024. 3.

The counsel appearing for the respondents would also concur with the submission made by Mr. Bhargava by drawing our attention to the counteraffidavit. The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

If that be so, no further orders are required to be passed in the writ petitions. It goes without saying that if the petitioners have any grievance with regard to the cadre review, liberty shall be with the petitioners to seek such remedy as available in law.

These petitions, along with all pending applications, are closed. 6.
