O R D E R

% 12.03.2018 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner was also implicated in more than 80 cases, wherein he has already been discharged. Injured in this case had sustained injuries on his little finger and was discharged from the hospital same day.

Learned App submits that petitioner and his co-accused were going on a motorcycle and when they were asked to stop by the police officials, petitioner fired at them.

Investigations are complete. Petitioner is in custody for the last about two years.

Trial is underway.

All the witnesses are police officials,

therefore, chance of their being influenced by the petitioner are remote. Keeping in mind the totality of the facts and circumstances of this case, petitioner is admitted to bail, subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial court.
