O R D E R

In pursuance to the earlier order dated 17th July, 2020, the respondents have filed a status report with annexures.

The counsel for the respondents states that the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Collector, South West, Kapashera, Delhi has been registered and is now scheduled for hearing on 9th September, 2020. He states that this petition be disposed of in terms of the earlier order dated 17th July, 2020.

The counsel for the petitioner confirms and only seeks a clarification that the dispossession of the petitioner shall remain stayed till the hearing of the application for interim relief filed by the petitioner in the appeal aforesaid.

The counsel for the respondents confirms the same. W.P.(C) No.4315/2020

Accordingly, the petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 17th July, 2020 and today's order and by directing that subject to the petitioner continuing to be bound by the statement of her counsel as recorded in the order dated 17th July, 2020, possession pursuant to warrants of possession dated 15th July, 2020 shall not be taken of the land as described in the order dated 17th July, 2020, till the orders if any on the application of the petitioner for interim relief in the appeal preferred by the petitioner before the Collector, South West, Kapashera, Delhi.

The petition is disposed of.
