Present writ of habeas corpus had been filed by the petitioner-mother of the missing person - Mr.Aditya Antony Mathew, who had been missing from his parental home since 24th October, 2013. FIR under Section 363 IPC had been registered on 24th October, 2013 by Police Station Parliament Street, Delhi bearing FIR No.181/2013. This Court vide order dated 26th April, 2019 had directed constitution of an SIT to investigate the matter. 2.
As many as seven status reports have been filed in the present writ
petition. The latest status report dated 6th March, 2020 has been filed by the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Crime Branch, Delhi. 3.
Though the missing person has not been found till date, yet all the leads pointed out by the petitioners have been investigated. A cash reward of Rs.1,00,000/- has been declared for anyone who could provide information regarding the missing person.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the present writ petition is closed with a direction to the Delhi Police, Crime Branch to file a status report under the signature of the DCP concerned before the concerned Trial Court at least once a month with an advance copy to the petitioner. 5.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. 6.
The advance copy of the status report be furnished to counsel for the petitioner. If the petitioner finds any further lead in the matter, the petitioner shall furnish the same directly to the DCP, Crime Branch, who shall take appropriate action in respect thereof.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
