Mr. Jatin Teotia, learned counsel for the revisionist has, at the very outset, submitted that prayer in question has become infructuous as the daughter of petitioner has already been released to her. Moreover, her daughter has already attained majority.

In view of the aforesaid, present petition stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
