This Court vide Order dated 09.04.2025 already directed the respondent No. 1 School to issue the requisite documents as sought in the present petition to the petitioner on deposit of 50% of the fee in the name of the Registrar General. In compliance of the aforesaid Order, the requisite documents were issued by the respondent No. 1. 2.

In this view of the matter, the substantial prayers in the present petition have already been granted, and the petition has consequentially become infructuous.

Since the amounts were deposited towards 50% arrears of enhanced fee, the deposited amount shall be released to the respondent school with upto-date accrued interest on an undertaking that they will abide by the judgment of the Coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) 17102/2022. For the said reasons, the petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms along with pending applications, if any.
