The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 347/2022 under Sections 366/367/342/376AB/506 of the IPC and Section 6 of POCSO Act, registered at P.S. Kirti Nagar, Delhi. 2.

It is pointed out that the present case is fixed for recording of statement of the accused under Section 313 of the Cr.P.C. 3.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application, and seeks for a direction for expeditious conclusion of trial.

Leave and liberty granted.

The present application is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
