Settlement Agreement dated 16th September 2025 has been received from the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. 2.

As per the said Settlement Agreement, the parties have settled the matter, and in terms thereof, the parties herein have agreed that they have no claims or demands against each other qua the concerned notice dated 12th March 2025, and all disputes and differences pertaining to the same have been settled by the parties through the process of mediation. 3.

Accordingly, noting the aforesaid, the present petition, along with the pending applications, is disposed of, in terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16th September 2025.
