The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief:

"a. Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent no.1 to take appropriate legal action against the respondent no.2;

b. Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of prohibition thereby restraining the respondent no.2 for doing the illegal and unlawful activities of corruption on his post (EE/HCD06/DDA) before respondent no.1; c. Issue a writ, order and direction in the nature of mandamus thereby directing the respondent no.1 to initiate appropriate departmental enquiry/investigation against the respondent no.2"
