This is an application filed on behalf of the petitioner stating that the complainant in complaint bearing SC-29059/2016 captioned 'Satya Pal v. Sant Ram and Others' has expired.

Mr Aneja submits that in view of the above, the complaint stands abated. He seeks to withdraw the above captioned petition with liberty to approach the Trial Court while reserving his rights to revive the present petition if the proceedings are not held to be terminated. 3.

In view of the above, the above captioned petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for. The application is also disposed of. 4.
