During the course of hearing, Mr. Soni, ld. counsel for the appellant seeks leave to approach the Tribunal for seeking correction of the arithmetical error as regards the computation of compensation under the head of 'loss of future earning' besides seeking review of the compensation awarded under the head of 'loss of love and affection' for Rs.1,00,000/- in view of the Full Bench judgment of the Supreme Court in United India Insurance Company Ltd. Vs. Satinder Kaur @ Satwinder Kaur & Ors. [Civil

Appeal No. 2705 of 2020 arising out of SLP (Civil) No. 28548 of 2014] decided on 30.06.2020.

In view of the above, the appeal and the pending applications are disposed of, as prayed.
