HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE JYOTI SINGH
O R D E R
% 20.08.2020 Hearing has been conducted through Video Conferencing. Mr. Sumeet Pushkarna learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4/Delhi Jal Board, at the outset, points out that the Petitioner has predicated his entire petition on a decision taken by the Advisory Committee on 11.12.2019 conveyed to him vide letter dated 20.12.2019, however, the impugned order of the Advisory Committee has neither been annexed with the Petition nor has been substantively assailed. He submits that a copy of the said decision will be shared with learned counsel for the Petitioner during the course of the day via e-mail.
Faced with this, Mr. Akshay Ringe learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the order was not filed since the copy of the same was not made available to him. He, however, very fairly and candidly submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the Petition with liberty to assail the order of the
Advisory Committee dated 11.12.2019.
Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty, as prayed.
