It is agreed by respective counsel for the parties, on instructions, that the water motor of the petitioner installed at the ground floor shall be restored and made operational. It is further agreed that no hindrance/ impediment shall be posed by the respondents in the operation thereof. The said statement is taken on record.

In view thereof, the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition at this stage. The same is accordingly disposed of. Liberty is however, granted to the petitioner to revive the present proceedings in violation of the aforesaid undertaking.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking, parties have also agreed that CS SCJ 587/2026 pending before JSCC/ASCJ/GJ-02, West District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi shall be withdrawn by the petitioner.
