A perusal of the paper book reveals that the MCD has filed a further status/action taken report dated 7th September, 2024 stating therein that the owner/occupier of the subject property has approached the Appellate Tribunal, MCD, which vide its order dated 5th September 2024 has directed the MCD to maintain status quo in respect of the subject property. 2.
Since the Appellate Tribunal, MCD is seized of the matter, this Court is of the view that no further orders are called for in the present petition. 3.
Accordingly, the Registry is directed not to list the present petition any further and the same is closed.
