The petitioner is seeking production of his daughter, Roshni aged 13 years, who was kidnapped on 06th June, 2020. 3.

Mr. Chaitanya Gosain, learned counsel from the office of Mr. Rahul Mehra, Senior Standing Counsel (Crl.) for Delhi Police, submits the police has recovered Roshni from District Supaul, Bihar and she has been brought back to Delhi today morning. Roshni has been produced through video conference by the police. It is submitted that the statement of the Roshni shall be recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and thereafter her custody shall be handed over to the petitioner. that the action is being taken against the accused persons in accordance with the law.

The petition is disposed of as satisfied.

The status report with respect to recovery of Roshni be filed with the Registry within one week and the same be placed on record. The advance copy of the status report be furnished to the petitioner. However, he case need not be listed again.
