% 06.08.2020 Pursuant to last order dated 20.07.2020, Mr. Chetan Sharma, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing on behalf of the respondent submits that the Ministry of Home Affairs has undertaken a fresh assessment of the petitioner's threat perception; consequent whereupon, it has been decided to provide to the petitioner protection by the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) in his home State of Andhra Pradesh.
