At the very outset, Mr. Akshay Chandra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not interested in pursuing with the present writ petition as she has already invoked the jurisdiction of Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal (DRAT) and she would pursue her remedy before the abovesaid Tribunal.
