o/o 20.07.2020 The present matter has been taken-up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19.
The present writ petition assails the order dated 02.07.2020 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi whereby an application for interim reliefs being M.A.No. 1064/2020 in O.A.No.369/2020 was disposed of with an order that any promotion made by the GNCTD during the pendency of the O. A. on the basis of the revised roster dated 6.12.2019 shall be subject to the outcome of the same. Issue notice. Mrs. Avnish Ahlawat, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of GNCTD and Mr. Naresh Kaushik accepts notice on behalf of UPSC.
Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the GNCTD is granted ten working days to file their reply to the O.A., failing W.P.(C) 4347/2020 Certify that the digital file and physical file have been compared the digital data is as per the physical file
which their right to do so shall stand closed and the Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi will be at liberty to proceed further with the adjudication of the said O.A.
No further directions are called for at this stage. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
