% 09.04.2025 Ms. Niyati Kohli, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition, with liberty to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, as the recruitment exercise in question is being carried out by the National Institute of Ayurveda, Jaipur, which is a notified entity under Section 14 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985.

The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
