This is an application filed under Section 151 of the CPC, 1908, on behalf of the petitioner seeking early hearing of the present petition. 2.

In the present petition, the respondent No. 1 is the Council for Indian School Examination, the respondent No. 2 is the School and the respondent No.3 is the society running the said School. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice. 4.

Mr. Garg, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent No.1. Mr. Bhagat, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

With consent of parties, the petition is taken up for hearing today. W.P.(C) 4632/2025 6.

This is a writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following prayers:- "A. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction directing Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3 to return forthwith and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

hand over all original documents belonging to the Petitioner and her children, including but not limited to the Petitioner's original Class X mark sheet, salary slips for the period July to November 2024, TDS certificates, Transfer Certificates (TCs), Permanent Education Numbers (PEN), and any other relevant personal, academic, or employment-related documents retained by them;

B. Issue an appropriate writ, order, or direction to Respondent No.1 (Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations) to initiate necessary and time-bound inquiry and disciplinary action under the CISCE Rules for Affiliation against Respondent No.2 and Respondent No.3, including but not limited to suspension or cancellation of their affiliation, on account of the malpractice, misconduct, and violation of ethical and regulatory standards committed by them...." 7.

The petitioner, who was a teacher in the respondent No. 2 School, is no longer in employment of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 and seeks return of her original documents and that of her children, who also have sought admission to another school.

Mr. Bhagat, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 & 3 states that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties which are pending adjudication before the Punjab Education Tribunal regarding the service conditions of the petitioner, the respondent Nos. 2 will release Transfer Certificate and all original documents of the petitioner and her three children expeditiously and in any case, not later than 1 week from today on signing of the requisite documents. The documents sought in the present petition are as follows:-  Petitioner's original Class X marksheet.

 Salary slips from July to November 2024.

 TDS certificates for the said period.

 Transfer Certificates (TCs) of all three children.  Their Permanent Education Numbers (PENs).

This Court has not adjudicated on the claims of the petitioner qua her employment dues.

With these directions, the petition itself is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
