Crl.M.C. 382/2016 & Crl.M.A. 1625/2016 (Stay) The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for setting aside the order dated 21.01.2015 passed by the learned Special Executive Magistrate, Outer District, Delhi. The admitted position is that under Section 107/111 Cr.P.C., the enquiry is to be completed within six months and as per the instructions of the Investigating Officer present in the Court, the proceedings have already lapsed. So, no direction is required to be

issued.

This position shall be put forth before the learned Special Executive Magistrate who should pass the order accordingly. In view of the above position of the matter, the present petition as well as Crl.M.A. 1625/2016 are disposed of. P.S.TEJI, J JANUARY 29, 2016 dd
