% 20.07.2020 The present matter has been taken-up for hearing by way of Video Conferencing on account of COVID-19.

Issue notice. Counsel as above accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

At the outset it is observed that the present appeal assails an adinterim order passed by the learned Single Judge on 14.05.2020 in writ petition No. 3133/2020 titled as MLGT Holding Limited vs. Union of India& Ors.

It is further observed that the impugned order dated 14.07.2020 was predicated on the order dated 19.03.2020 in writ petition No.2796/2020 staying operation of the notification dated 17.02.2020, which is also subject matter of the present writ petition.

Despite lengthy arguments learned counsel Mr. Abhinash Agarwal appearing on behalf of the appellant, has been unable to point out any error in the impugned order dated 14.05.2020 so as to warrant interference by this Court at the interlocutory stage.
