Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, Sulabh Bansal for directing the Respondent No. 1, to grant the protection, safety and security to the precious life of the Petitioner.

It is submitted that the Respondent No. 2 in collusion with the Respondent No. 3, has been giving open threats to the Petitioner that she would liquidate the life of the Petitioner as well as his father, with the help of gunda type elements. Affairs, Commissioner of Police, Deputy Commissioner and SHO, Police Station Sadar Bazar, against Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, for creating private nuisance and threatening the Petitioner, Hence, the present Petition has been filed for issuing directions to the Respondent No. 1, to provide protection to the Petitioner.

Learned APP for the State, who has appeared on advance Notice, has submitted that the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos. 2 and 3, are related and are living on separate floors in the same building. They have property disputes for which Civil Suits have been filed. 6.

It is further submitted that whatever directions are passed, would be abided by the Respondent No. 1.

Submissions heard and the record perused.

Though, it is essentially a civil dispute inter se the parties and there is no potential threat made out, but considering the submissions made, the SHO shall share his Mobile Number and that of the Beat Constable with the Petitioner and would ensure the safety of the Petitioner. 9.

The Petition is disposed of accordingly.
