% 20.07.2020 The petitioners seek "speedy and fair investigation" into certain alleged actions of respondents Nos. 4 to 8.

The subject matter of this petition is certain disputes amongst neighbours, between whom there are allegations and counter allegations, arising from which several PCR calls and written complaints have been made by them against each other. 3.

Mr. Sanjay Lao, learned Additional Standing Counsel appears for the State on advance copy.

After making some submission however, Mr. Vikrant N. Goyal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the W.P. (CRL.) No. 1083/2020 Page of

present petition, with liberty to adopt such remedies at civil and/or criminal law, as may be available to the petitioners. 5.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as aforesaid.
