The present application has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of bail in FIR No. 297/2020 registered under Section 354A IPC and Sections 10/12/14 of the POCSO Act at P.S. Patel Nagar. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is in custody since 20.06.2020. He further submits that the investigation is complete, inasmuch as, the chargesheet has been filed. Further, the parties are in the process of seeking quashing of the FIR.

The complainant, who is present with her mother namely, Ms. BAIL APPLN. 1801/2020 Page 1 of 2
Sukhdeep Kaur, has joined the proceedings through this V.C link along with the Investigating Officer. The complainant's mother Ms. Sukhdeep Kaur has stated that she and the complainant have no objection in case the petitioner is admitted to bail.

Keeping in mind the facts and circumstances of this case and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2020, the charge sheet is already filed and the complainant has no objection to the grant of bail, the petitioner is admitted to bail subject to his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent/Duty M.M. and subject to further following conditions :- 1.
The petitioner shall not leave the NCT of Delhi without prior permission of the concerned court.
2.
The petitioner shall stay at his given address and in case of any change of address or contact details, he shall promptly inform the I.O. Jaspreet (Mobile No. 9717294035), P.S. Patel Nagar.

The petitioner shall remain in touch with I.O. Jaspreet, P.S. Patel Nagar on the first Monday of each English calendar month during the period of his bail. 4.
The petitioner shall not try to get in touch with any of the prosecution witness or tamper with the evidence. 5.
The application is disposed of in the above terms. 6.
A copy of this order be communicated electronically to the concerned Jail Superintendent.
