The petitioner in his petition has made following prayer: a) To direct the respondents to adjudicate the representation dated 14.03.2023 preferred before the Inspector General (Pers) Det. New Delhi, and representation dated 17.03.2023 preferred before the DIG, CRPF, Srinagar seeking refixation of seniority at par with his batchmates in a time bound manner.

In view of the prayer made, we hereby dispose of the present petition directing the respondents to decide the representation dated 14.03.2023 W.P.(C) 7069/2023 By:SAHIL SHARMA 03:10:12

preferred before the Inspector General (Pers) Det. New Delhi and representation dated 17.03.2023 preferred before the DIG, CRPF, Srinagar within four weeks from today.

The decision so taken shall be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
