This writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs: "(a) Issuing a direction to the respondents to arrest the accused persons.

(b) direct the respondents to take strict action erring officials. (c) direct the police to provide the protection of the petitioner and her family against the accused persons;

(d) pass such other or further order (s) as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case." 2.

Mr. Arjit Sharma, Advocate appearing on behalf of Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, ASC (Crl.) for the State, states that the investigation is nearly complete and chargesheet will be filed within a period of 3 weeks from today.

Counsel for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedies once the chargesheet has been filed, as according to him, the investigation was completely shoddy and efforts were made by the IO to protect the accused. for protection of the victim and her family members as there is a threat perception.

It is directed that the IO will provide the mobile number of the Beat Officer of the area concerned during the course of the day to the victim on which it will be open to the Petitioner to contact in case any help is required. Additionally, the Beat Officer will visit the house of the Petitioner once in a month for at least next six months to ascertain the well-being of the Petitioner and the victim's family members.
