This application has been moved on behalf of the applicants/appellants for restoration of the present appeal which was dismissed for non-appearance of the appellants on 05.02.2024. 3.
Learned counsel for the respondent No.3/Insurance Company which is the main contesting party, is present through video conferencing and submits that she has no objection if the present application is allowed.

For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed. The appeal is restored to its original number and position.
