Learned counsel for the respondents, who is present on an advance copy of the writ petition being served on him, raises an objection with regard to the maintainability of the present petition on the ground that no cause of action has arisen in Delhi for the petitioner to file the present petition in this court.

Learned counsel for the respondents states that even as per the petitioner, the impugned order dated 08.06.2015 has been passed by the Inspector General of Police, Chandigarh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she may be permitted to withdraw the present petition while reserving the right of the petitioner to seek his remedy before the competent court vested with the territorial jurisdiction to entertain the same.

Leave as prayed for, is granted.
