O R D E R

% 26.04.2019 1.

The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that respondent no.1 hospital be directed to provide dialysis treatment to the petitioner under the EWS category, forthwith. 2.

Mr Sharma, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 (St. Stephen's Hospital) states that dialysis treatment has been provided to the petitioner on 56 occasions in the past six months, out of which, 6 dialysis treatments have been provided to the petitioner this month. He submits that, therefore, the grievance articulated by the petitioner in the present petition is illusory.

3.

In view of the above statement, no orders are required to be passed in this petition. It is stated that respondent no.1 would continue to provide

dialysis treatment to the petitioner under the EWS category as it is understood from the submissions of Mr Sharma. 4.

The petition and the application are disposed of. VIBHU BAKHRU, J APRIL 26, 2019 RK
