By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking grant of parole for a period of 06 weeks, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 279/1992, registered at Police Station Sadar Bazar, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 302/307/34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') read with Section 5 of Terrorist and Disruptive Activities (Prevention) Act, 1987 (hereafter 'TADA').

Issue notice. Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari, ASC (Crl) accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner states that the competent authority has not yet decided the application filed by the petitioner herein for grant of parole for a period of 06 weeks and the present petition be treated as a representation on behalf of the petitioner.
